You must pay before your entry will be processed. Either by check or by credit card.
Stall & RVs are LIMITED quantities.

Refund/drawout rules:
• No refunds for exhibitions purchased and not used.
• No refunds for stalls/RVS.
• Draw out before pre-entry draw posts for a full refund, minus credit card fees paid.
• Draw out after pre-entry draw posts and get full refund minus office charge & credit card fees for each day entered.
• Final drawout deadline is 11 AM on Friday, September 20. After that time, there will be no refunds. No refunds for exhibitions. To draw out, you must send an email to [email protected]. If you do not receive a reply, YOU HAVE NOT DRAWN OUT.
